You must be at least 18 years old and a legal resident of Nigeria to use CoinPadi. By using the Services you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, transaction PIN, and 2FA codes. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

We respect your privacy rights and provide you with choices regarding the information we collect and how it is used.

You agree not to use CoinPadi for money laundering, terrorism financing, fraud, or any illegal activity. Prohibited transactions will be reversed and reported to authorities.

Crypto-to-naira conversions use live market rates with a transparent spread shown on the swap screen.

6. P2P Trading Rules

P2P transactions are between users. CoinPadi acts only as an escrow agent. Disputes are mediated within 24 hours but final outcomes depend on the evidence provided by both parties.

7. Virtual Card Terms

Virtual cards are issued by our partner banks. You agree to comply with the card network’s rules and to use the card only for lawful purchases.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and software on CoinPadi are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute them without permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CoinPadi shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.

10. Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may terminate or suspend your account for violations of these Terms, with notice where reasonably possible.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification at least 14 days before they take effect.
